Russia vs Europe

The difference between riding icespeedway in Russia and Europe is that the Russians only sweep the track after every 4th lap. Thy don´t plow afterwards like they do in the rest of Europe. That leaves the riders with a very bumpy track. Therefor the riders who are more used to the slushy surface face serious challenge in Russia. Also the ice is considered very hard due to the cold.
